Digital Products
All products sold through Esenzia Studio are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to download the purchased files.
File Formats
Each product includes the file formats specified on the product page. Depending on the product, files may include: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, etc.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
License
All illustrations are provided under a Standard Commercial License.
You may:

Use the illustrations in personal and commercial projects.

Use them for branding, packaging, social media, websites, stationery and editorial design.

Modify and adapt the illustrations to suit your project.
You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the original files.

Include the illustrations in products intended for resale where the illustration itself is the primary value.

Claim the artwork as your own original creation.

Register the illustrations, whether modified or unmodified, as trademarks, logos or intellectual property.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once files have been downloaded, refunds, exchanges or cancellations cannot be offered.

Intellectual Property
All illustrations, graphics and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Esenzia Studio unless otherwise stated.
The purchase of a digital product grants a license to use the files according to these terms but does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Business Invoices
Business invoices are available upon request.
